If you have any questions or comments that you would like to share with us, telephone or send a message via our Contact Us page and we will try to reply to you the same day (excluding weekends or public holidays). If we are unable to talk to you personally please leave a message along with your contact details on our voicemail system.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately by email or telephone, so that we can agree a resolution to the problem.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We reserve the right to change prices and products at our discretion.
All goods are subject to availability.
Gastrolux UK Ltd reserve the right to decline orders should there be a failure related to the authorisation of your chosen method of payment.
Goods will only be despatched once your payment has been authorised.
Goods are despatched between 09.00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
We accept Visa Credit, Master card, Visa debit, Maestro, Visa electron and American Express. We also accept orders by cheque on receipt of your email order request. Cheques should be made payable to Gastrolux UK Ltd. and sent to our address (see Contact Us page). Goods will not be despatched until cheques have been validated and cleared.
We treat the safety of your contact and payment details with the utmost importance. No payment card details are stored on our systems as they entered directly in to the Sage Pay Secure Payment system. SagePay is an industry leader with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Your contact details are treated as confidential and will only be passed on to facilitate delivery of your order. We will only use your deails to follow up in the normal course of customer satisfaction enquiries or to advise of special offers or discounts we think you may be interested in. We do not kep a record of your financial detail.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
All items must be carefully checked upon receipt. Notification of incorrect goods or damage caused in transit, must be reported to Gastroluk UK Ltd within 48 hours of receipt. Notification must be in writing, by telephone or by email message via the Contact Us page at Gastrolux.co.uk. In the event of damaged goods, supporting photographic evidence must be provided. Failure to follow this procedure will invalidate any claim for transit damage.
Returns, Changes and Cancellations
No goods should be returned without first obtaining a UNIQUE RETURNS NUMBER, which will be provide when you contact us in writing, by telephone or by email message via the Contact Us page at Gastrolux.co.uk.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will try to stop delivery of the order. However, if the order has already been despatched, please return it within 7 working days, unopened and in the original packaging, along with its UNIQUE RETURNS NUMBER, to the address you are advised of when receiving your UNIQUE RETURNS NUMBER. Opened deliveries will not be accepted for refund.
Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned order your refund, for the value of the goods, will be processed within 14 working days. Refunds will be limited to the value of the goods. If you have returned the order due to a change of specification, you should start a fresh order for the replacement goods.
Returns are at the purchasers own risk. Please ensure the returned goods are insured for the full purchase price and that you obtain a stamped, tracking receipt as proof of postage. All returns should be sent by 'signed for' delivery.
We are not responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit or damaged on their way back to our returns address.
To Be Advised when obtaining a UNIQUE RETURNS NUMBER, which should always be included with the returned goods.
DO NOT RETURN GOODS TO ANY ADDRESS UNTIL ADVISED.

Gastrolux UK Ltd. shall not liable for any consequential loss or breach of contract. Liability for any claims shall not exceed the price of the good supplied.

Any disclaimers and exclusions contained herein shall be governed in accordance with English law. Content and contracts contained herein as a result of usage of this website are governed in accordance with English law.
